Based in Athens where he runs a design and architecture consultancy with his wife, Lo Chi-Wing is the name behind many of the renowned Giorgetti brand's best selling furnishings.

In 2007, Lo joined forces with British design leader, KIFF, to create the Stringless Pleasure audio system to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Hong Kong's reunification with Mainland China. Harmoniously blending the timeless elegance of erhu-style strings with state-of-the-art technologies, the system enriches sonic environments with a beautiful icon that renders music more present and tangible than ever before. In doing so, it also embodies the seamless interweavings of centuries-old Eastern spirituality and modern intellectual impulses that have long empowered Hong Kong itself. Ultimately, Stringless Pleasure's ten decimeter-long sound bridge represents Hong Kong's first ten years since the handover. At each end of the bridge are two sonorous cones symbolizing the strong resonances that have echoed between the Territory and its Motherland throughout history.
